Dining Services

Frostburg State University provides a variety of student-friendly dining experiences. Convenient meal plans are available for campus residents and commuters, as well as for faculty and staff.

Appalachian Station
A hub of casual dining in the Lane Center, the Appalachian Station food court offers a range of quick and tasty options, including pizzas, wraps, burgers, soups, made to order salads, fresh sushi, and our new concept bowls!

Chesapeake Dining
Chesapeake Dining Hall hosts an all-you-care-to-eat and spacious dining experience. With our made to order stir-fry and pasta bar, huge salad bar and seasonal menu created by our campus chefs, there is something for everyone. Chesapeake is located conveniently near the high-rise residence halls and Cumberland and Annapolis Halls.

Chick-Fil-A
Located in Appalachian Station, Chick-Fil-A is a time-tested student favorite and is home to The Original Chicken Sandwich and waffle fries, as well as chicken nuggets and chargrilled sandwiches.

Moe's Southwest Grill at Appalachian Station
Welcome to Moe’s! Here, you can get made-to-order burritos, tacos, salads, stacks and quesadillas, all accompanied by chips and Moe’s famous salsas or queso.

Outtakes: On The Go
Outtakes is your on-campus convenience store. Located at Chesapeake Dining Hall and open late, Outtakes offers snacks, desserts and other goods to keep your MicroFridge stocked.

Starbucks at the Lane Center
Studying for a big test, or planning another all-nighter? The Lane Center’s Starbucks has you covered. The Lane Center Starbucks, a fully licensed store, delivers everything Starbucks has to offer: Frappuccinos, lattes, all the pastries and sandwiches and more!

College Avenue Subs at Sowers Hall
FSU’s very own sub shop, hosted in the first floor of Sowers Hall, offers a dining option close to the upper quad and a healthy alternative for anyone craving fresh fare. While most on-campus eateries have set meal plan hours, College Avenue Subs accepts your meal plan any time they’re open!

Meal Exchange

Your meal plan can get you into Chesapeake Dining Hall’s buffet any time it’s open, but if you’d rather eat somewhere else, you can use your meal plan towards food from the Appalachian Station and College Avenue Subs.
